We offer one-to-one English, Spanish and Italian lessons via Skype to students from all over the world. Lessons will be totally personalised depending on your language level and individual needs. Through the webcam you will see and communicate with your teacher almost as if they were in the same room, whilst the Skype chat can be used as a ‘blackboard’ to write words, grammatical rules, etc. Before each lesson you will receive all the teaching materials by email and afterwards, some exercises to practice between lessons.
We work throughout the year, so you can start whenever you wish! Just let us know your availability and individual needs and as soon as we match you with the most suitable tutor, we will send you an email with a link to book your first class. Please, bear in mind that lessons must be scheduled through our online platform at least 24 hours before they start.
To start your online lessons, you will need:

Video is an essential part of our online classes, so you will need to turn your webcam on. This will enable your teacher and you to see each other; consequently, your conversations will be more natural.
Sure! You don’t need to be an expert in technology to enrol on our online courses. We recommend that you book a free trial lesson and give it a go. If you need any help during your class, your tutor will be there to give you support and guide you every step of the way.

No, after the trial lesson we will contact you to request your feedback, but you can decide whether to continue or not.
You can choose between 60-minute or 90-minute lessons. If you want to schedule longer sessions, for example a 2-hour lesson, this is also possible. To do this, you can book two 60-minute lessons, one after the other.
You can buy as many lessons as you wish depending on your specific needs. We offer packs of 5, 10 and 20 hours, so you can choose the package that best suits you. If you want to buy more lessons, you can purchase several packages.
With our user-friendly online platform you can see your teacher’s availability, choose the days and times that best suit you, and book your lessons at your own convenience. The platform will also enable you to cancel and reschedule your classes with just one click. Please, bear in mind that lessons must be scheduled, cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours beforehand. We provide a secure and reliable payment processing service, which will enable you to pay for your lessons easily and quickly through our website. We accept all major, international credit and debit cards.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your lessons provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Otherwise lessons will be charged as per normal conditions. And please keep in mind that if you cancel your first free trial lesson less than 24 hours in advance, you will miss the opportunity to get it for free.
Although you are not obliged to take a minimum number of lessons every week, we strongly recommend that you book at least one lesson per week in order to have more continuity and learn in a more effective way.
Yes, packs of 5 lessons expire after 8 weeks commencing from the date of purchase, packs of 10 lessons expire after 12 weeks, and packs of 20 lessons expire after 24 weeks. Although all lessons must be scheduled via our online platform before the expiration date, lessons booked within this period can occur after the pack expires.
Yes, if you have the same language level, you can take lessons together. This will reduce the cost per student. Contact us and we will be happy to send you a quotation for this.
Yes, all our tutors are native speakers of the language they teach, hold language teaching certificates, and have a broad range of experience in this field.
Sure! You can have the same teacher throughout the course.
Although our advice is to take lessons with the same teacher for continuity, you can change your teacher if you want. Just let us know and we will look for another suitable tutor.
If you have an occasional issue with your Internet connection and this prevents you taking your class, you will be able to reschedule it. However, if you have a persistent problem, you will have to fix it in order to go on with your online course. Please remember that you need to have a reliable Internet connection to take classes with us.

Yes, of course. If you need a certificate of attendance at the end of your language course, just let us know and we will be very happy to provide one for you.
Sure! If you need an invoice, just let us know and we will send it to you. If you require an invoice for your company, we will need to know their details (company name, VAT number and address). Remember that we will need this information in advance.
